Vitamin A: anti – dry eye vitamin, also known as beauty vitamin, fat soluble. Discovered by Elmer McCollum and m. Davis between 1912 and 1914.It is not A single compound, but A series of derivatives of retinol (retinol is also translated as retinol, turpentine oil), also known as anti-dry eye vitamin exists in fish liver oil, animal liver, green vegetables, lack of vitamin A prone to night blindness.


Vitamin B1: thiamine, also known as anti-beriberi factor, anti-neuritis factor, are water-soluble vitamins. it in 1912.It is usually present in the form of thiamine pyrophosphate in organisms. It is found in yeast, grains, liver, soy, and meat.


Vitamin B2: riboflavin, water soluble. Discovered by d. t. Smith and e. g. Hendrick in 1926.Also known as vitamin G is found in yeast, liver, vegetables and eggs. Lack of vitamin B2 prone to oral inflammation (oral ulcer).


Vitamin PP: water soluble. It was discovered by Conrad Elvehjem in 1937.Nicotinic acid (niacin) and nicotinamide (niacinamide) are both pyridine derivatives. It is found in nicotinic acid, nicotinic acid yeast, cereal, liver, rice bran.

Vitamin B4 is no longer considered a true vitamin. Choline was discovered by Maurice Gobley in 1850.One of the B vitamins, first isolated from pig liver in 1849, choline has been considered a component of phospholipid ever since, and in 1940 Sura and Gyorgy Goldblatt, according to their respective work, have shown that it has vitamin properties. The content of lecithin in egg, animal brain, beer yeast, malt and soybean is higher.


Vitamin B5: pantothenic acid, water soluble. Discovered by Roger Williams in 1933.Also known as a pantothenic acid. It is found in yeast, grains, liver and vegetables.


Vitamin B6: pyridoxine, water soluble. It was discovered by Paul Gyorgy in 1934.Including pyridoxine, pyridoxal and pyridoxamine. It is found in yeast, cereals, liver, eggs and dairy products. Biotin, also known as vitamin H or coenzyme R, is water-soluble. It is found in yeast, liver, and grains.


Vitamin B9: folate, water soluble. Also known as pteroyl glutamic acid, pteroic acid monoglutamate, vitamin M or lobulin. More in vegetable leaves, liver. 


Vitamin B12: cyanocobalamin, water soluble. Discovered by Karl Folkers and Alexander Todd in 1948.Also known as cyanocobalamin or coenzyme B12.It is found in liver, fish, meat and eggs. Inositol, water soluble, cyclohexanol, vitamin B-h. More in the heart, meat.


Vitamin C: ascorbic acid, water soluble. By James James? Lynde discovered it in 1747.Also known as ascorbic acid. It is mostly found in fresh vegetables and fruits. Vitamin D: calciferol, fat-soluble. Discovered by Edward Mellanby in 1922.Also known as ossifying alcohol, anti-rickets vitamin, mainly vitamin D2 ergocalciferol and vitamin D3 namely bile calciferol. This is the only vitamin that the body can synthesize in small amounts. More in cod liver oil, egg yolk, dairy products, yeast.

Vitamin E: tocopherol fat soluble. Discovered by Herbert Evans and Katherine Bishop in 1922.There are mainly alpha, beta, delta and delta. More in eggs, liver, fish, vegetable oil. 


Vitamin K: naphthoquinone, fat soluble. Discovered by Henrik Dam in 1929.It is a general term for a series of naphthoquinone. derivatives, mainly including natural vitamins K1 from plants, K2 from animals, and synthetic vitamins K3 and K4.Also known as the clotting vitamin.More in spinach, alfalfa, cabbage, liver.
